Epson Large Format Prints

 

Great for large posters, decorating sidekicks, PDQ and floor stand displays. CMYK inks are extended with light cyan, light magenta and light black to produce a wider color gamut.

 

We can print up to 42” wide by any desired length.

Fuji Final proofs

 

High quality proofs run at 2540 DPI create high photographic reproduction with even skin tones,

smooth halftones and vignettes.

 

Fuji Finalproof has the capability to print CMYK, metallic and white inks. Proofs can be laminated to any stock: clear or white pressure sensitive labels, silver foil, or sbs carton stock.

 

Epson Surecolor prints

 

Epson Surecolor prints use exotic dual MicroPiezo® TFP® print head technology to print signage proofs on a variety of substrates. Epson Surecolor also has the capability to print metallic and white inks.

 

Both Fuji Final proofs and Epson Surecolor prints can be combined with more traditional services such

as silk screen printing, stamping, and embossing to enhance your design.

Custom Color Matching

 

We have the ability to match any color on any substrate. We create 100% accurate color matches

to pantone colors, toyo colors, or any custom sample you may have.

 

We can mix transparent colors, pearls, metallics, glitter or iridescent, with gloss, satin, or matte finishes.

Silk Screen Printing

 

Where it all began: Creative Comps Inc. started as a silk screen print studio in the early 1980’s.

We can silk screen print on a variety of substrates: clear or white pressure sensitive labels,

silver foil, sbs carton stock or acetate.

 

Custom finishes include: transparent inks, metallic or iridescent powders, and glitter pigments.

 

 

Direct Imaging

 

Using halftone films to create finer lpi line counts, direct imaging is primarily utilized for gradients, halftones, and photo imagery.

Transfers

 

Transfers provide an easy release rub down sheet which can be applied to any surface. Transfers are available in chrome foils, metallics, and pantone colors with glossy, semi gloss or matte finishes.

 

We can apply transfer copy directly to your product, or supply them to you as easy to use flat sheets.

Foil Stamping / Embossing

 

Creative Comps Inc. is equipped with four Kensol Franklin presses for foil stamping and embossing.

We carry a large selection of custom foils from Crown Roll Leaf, Kurz, ITW and Api.

 

We can stamp and emboss small logo icons or large overall background patterns with precise registration and depth.

 

Deboss graphics will create a “sunken-in” look and emboss graphics a “raised” look.

Spraying

 

We can spray anything from small components

such as lipsticks and compacts to six foot tall floor stand displays.

 

All spraying is primed and sprayed with multiple coats to ensure a smooth, even finish.

 

Custom options include multi color gradients and soft touch finishing.

Fill & Crimp Tubes

 

We will fill and crimp your supplied tubes with an even heat seal crimp finish.

 

We can fill products with your supplied bulk, or we carry generic bulk fill such as white lotion, clear gel, sand, or plaster.

Application and Assembly

 

Creative Comps Inc. employs a team of skilled artisans to create custom prototypes.

 

We can trim and apply labels, transfers and shrink wrap to primary products such as bottles, tubes, compacts, lipsticks, eyebrow and mascara pencils.

 

Carton and gift set die cutting and assembly, shrink wrap, shopping bags, hang tags, blister cards,

shadow boxes - you name it, we will make it.
